Very few window contractors in NYC maintain in-house drafting and engineering capability. Kenemax does. Our drafting team produces field-verified survey sketches, shop drawings, and DOB-ready technical submittals for every project that requires them — with dimensions verified on-site, not assumed from plans.

For projects requiring PE calculations, structural sign-off, or independent performance verification, we work with accredited third-party testing partners including Intertek, BET Laboratories, and Molimo for field and chamber testing. Our QA/QC program includes on-site air infiltration, water penetration, structural load, and smoke testing conducted by our own crews on applicable projects — not outsourced, not assumed. We produce the documentation. We run the tests. We stand behind the result.

From a single apartment to 135-window full-building replacements, our installation crews are trained, EPA Lead-Safe certified, OSHA compliant, and Smartlift-equipped for high-access work. We handle both insert replacements (within existing frames) and full brick-to-brick new construction installations. Every job is coordinated with building management or the client to minimize disruption — and we don't leave until every opening is clean, sealed, and performing.

Windows that won't close properly, hardware failures, fogged or broken glass, failed seals — our Service Division is equipped for rapid-response repairs across all brands and building types. Three fully stocked vans with two-technician crews operate daily across the five boroughs. We carry a broad inventory of hardware, balances, gaskets, and glass to minimize turnaround — most service calls are completed within 1 to 2 business days, glass replacements within approximately one week.

For property managers overseeing multiple buildings, we offer dedicated account service with a Client Hub for submitting work orders, tracking scheduling, reviewing service history by building and unit, and managing invoices. Service work carries a 6-month labor warranty and 1-year parts warranty. For warranty-covered product issues, we coordinate directly with the manufacturer on your behalf.
