130 West 86th Street, Upper West Side: Window Replacement in an Occupied Co-op

Working apartment by apartment in an occupied building takes planning, clear communication and patience from everyone involved.

Front of 130 West 86th Street, a tall tan brick building seen from the sidewalk, with a Kenemax Windows van at the curb and the entrance awning at street level

Kenemax Windows has wrapped up window replacement at this Manhattan co-op. Working apartment by apartment in an occupied building takes planning, clear communication, and patience from everyone involved, and this one went the way a project should.

The project covered 38 apartments and 298 windows on 15 floors, and the building stayed occupied throughout.

Thank you to Norwax Associates Inc for the trust and the coordination from day one, and to the board and shareholders for welcoming us into their homes.

Great projects get built by great teams. Proud of the crew that delivered this one.
